  • 2. Information Security and Privacy Policy and Scope of the Information Security Management System

    The scope of Central Lobão's ISMS corresponds to its focus of activity: "Sales and Technical Assistance of Manual and Electric Tools for the Construction and Agricultural Areas. Sales of Electrical Material, Lighting and Personal Protective Equipment"

    Central Lobão is committed to protecting and handling information from relevant stakeholders. Considering the importance of information today, with its easy and instantaneous dissemination, it is very important for Central Lobão to safeguard this valuable intangible asset. In light of this reality, Central Lobão is committed to implementing an information security and privacy policy in an ethical, conscious and responsible manner, in accordance with the regulations in force, based on the following pillars:

  • 3. Declaration of Legitimate Interest

    The Company declares that for the purposes of using the Personal Data of its stakeholders, in compliance with the General Data Protection Act, it uses Personal Data in a legitimate way for the execution of its business scope in the following processes and for the following purposes:

    1. Human resources - Recording of selection activities, admission, dismissal, training of employees, payroll calculation, granting of benefits, holidays, overtime, time bank and termination;
    2. Quality Management and Information Security Systems - Internal audits, Company senior management activities, access control, training and supplier evaluations, conducting customer satisfaction surveys, as well as controlling, managing and monitoring the continuous improvement of the company's management systems;
    3. Commercial - Collecting customer data to issue contracts, orders, product shipment and invoicing;
    4. Logistics / Shipping - For checking and validating shipping actions, access to name, address, order data and legal documentation is required to carry out the effective delivery of the product to the customer;
    5. Marketing - Recording customer and employee data to create retention methods and use personal data for campaigns;
    6. Purchases - To carry out registration, qualification, due diligence, evaluation and payments to suppliers, individuals and those providing digital services and products;
    7. Invoicing / Accounts payable and receivable - For performing registration, collection, payments and financial consolidations with stakeholders;
    8. Customer Service - Collection of personal data to assist the customer with queries regarding orders, invoicing and products;
    9. Technical Assistance Service - Collection of personal data for quotations, clarification of doubts, repair and delivery of the equipment to the client.

    The company collects the following data:

    • Data and photo of citizen card, residence card, passport and driving licence;
    • Telephone numbers, mobile phones, and e-mail addresses;
    • Full proof of address;
    • Marital status and household information;
    • Curriculum and certificate of qualifications;
    • Banking information;
    • Occupation.

    Individuals directly provide Central Lobão with most of the data that is collected. Data is processed when:

    • Fill in the form on the website about our points of sale or look for information about being our customer;
    • Volunteer to fill in a survey as a customer or provide feedback on any of our media;
    • They spontaneously apply for the Central Lobão;
    • They use or view our website via your browser cookies;
    • During the internal process of selecting and hiring employees and/or suppliers;
    • Also in the relationship with our suppliers and partners there is the possibility of collecting business information and personal data, all controlled and managed by the declaration of legitimate interest;

    Central Lobão stores your data securely in a cloud system with offsite and physical backup.

    Central Lobão sends information about activities, processes, products and services that it believes stakeholders may like. It also uses employees' personal data, always with consent, for specific marketing campaigns.

    If you have agreed to receive marketing campaigns, it is always possible to unsubscribe at any time, for example via the unsubscribe email marketing link.

    The interested party has the right, at any time, to prevent Central Lobão from contacting them for marketing purposes or providing the data to other members of the Group.

    Central Lobão aims to ensure that the client/supplier/employee is aware of all their data protection rights. All users are entitled to the following:

    • Right to rectify - You have the right to request that Central Lobão correct and complete any information that you consider to be inaccurate, incorrect or incomplete;

    • Right to restrict processing - You have the right to request that Central Lobão restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions;
    • Right to object to processing - You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by Central Lobão under certain conditions;

    Breve Descrição do Projeto

    A empresa considera este projeto um importante instrumento de apoio à consolidação da internacionalização e prospeção de clientes em novos mercados externos, com o objetivo de aumentar o peso das exportações no total do seu volume de negócios.

    Pretende-se, desta forma, seguir uma estratégia de desenvolvimento de mercado assente na diversificação geográfica e na entrada em novos mercados onde atualmente não tem presença ou a mesma é pouco expressiva.

    Este projeto envolve também ações de publicidade a nível internacional, na imprensa, outdoor, visibilidade in-store, digital e TV.
    Neste âmbito, a empresa realizou vários investimentos com o objetivo de massificar a presença da imagem das suas marcas próprias no espaço comercial dos seus clientes. Com a marca própria VITO patrocinou o Mundial Clubes FIFA, como também o piloto Orlando Batina com várias participações em competições internacionais. As ações em publicidade/comunicação apoiadas por este projeto abrangem também a produção de catálogos e despesas associadas aos websites autónomos para as suas marcas próprias.

    Este projeto apoia a participação da empresa em vários certames internacionais, com o objetivo de promover as suas marcas próprias, aumentando a visibilidade e notoriedade da empresa/marcas e facilitando a aproximação a potenciais clientes.

    Este será um projeto integrado que a CENTRAL LOBÃO pretende implementar e que terá a finalidade de oferecer à empresa a possibilidade de promover, de forma inovadora, as suas marcas, produtos, capacidades, know-how, tecnologia, características competitivas e inovações. Esta componente aliada ao investimento em Formação Profissional específica e relacionada com os processos e práticas de negócios da empresa e a mobilização de recursos humanos qualificados, surgem no âmbito deste projeto como algo imprescindível para o sucesso do mesmo. No âmbito deste projeto foram apoiadas ações em publicidade durante os jogos de futebol da 1ª liga do campeonato nacional que também são transmitidos nos canais Internacionais de língua portuguesa, entre outros, com maior visibilidade nos PALOP e nos países onde a comunidade Portuguesa tem uma forte presença.

    Descrição do Projeto

    A CENTRAL LOBÃO pretende transformar a sua operação de expedição através de uma inovadora Linha de Expedição Robotizada Inteligente com Autonomous Intelligent Vehicles, enquanto elemento chave para um posicionamento distinto e valioso junto das suas áreas de competitividade críticas. Para o presente projeto de investimento na tipologia de inovação produtiva foram definidos os seguintes objetivos estratégicos:

    • Conectar e robotizar os processos na área crítica da Expedição;
    • Fortalecer o posicionamento nos atuais mercados onde a CENTRAL LOBÃO assume um carácter valioso e distinto, permitindo um alargamento de quota;
    • Eliminar erros de consolidação de encomendas;
    • Reforçar a aposta na construção de marcas com elevada notoriedade, qualidade e excelência, através de tecnologia de ponta i4.0, inovação dos processos associados, grau de cumprimento de prazo de entrega, firmando as premissas que asseguram à CENTRAL LOBÃO um posicionamento distinto e valioso nos mercados-alvo internacionais;
    • Diversificar o portfólio de produtos, direcionados a um crescente número de segmentos de mercado, atendendo ao paradigma atual dos mercados e explorar novas oportunidades, tendo por base, fornecedores de confiança que possam corresponder às expetativas dos seus clientes, oriundos dos mais diversos mercados de valor acrescentado;
    • Aumentar o volume de compras a fornecedores nacionais (2024), tendo em conta o efeito de arrastamento. A CENTRAL LOBÃO espera assim, contribuir positivamente para o crescimento da economia nacional.
